Echo was surprised when she felt the furry form of a wolf hit her side, and fell to the ground with a loud yelp. She looked up to see Sahara and grew even more surprised to see that her eyes blazed with the same pure rage as hers did when she got after a pack mate for disrespecting her. The white she-wolf's maw was twisted into a horrifying snarl, showing each and every razor-sharp tooth.

"Hades kills my mate; I kill his," she hissed, and swooped down, snapping her jaws with bone-crushing power.
