If she's got an eye infection and respiratory symptoms, then she may have Infectious Coryza.Yes, her eye is crusted over. I got her and some other birds about a month ago. Kept them all quarantined. I noticed one of the other birds that came with her has been sneezing. I haven't had this issue ever before. But after handling her, my hands did smell like soured feed.
...After doing some reading, it sounds more like canker or thrush. I was thinking, they did get some feed that was a little moldy, I didn't realize it till after they were eating it. Could that be a factor?
I think they are more likely to get it from yucky water or being around other birds that have it (like pigeons), but maybe? It's a protazoan, so it thrives on moisture. After doing some reading, it sounds more like canker or thrush.
