I would worm all of your chickens with valbazen or another all purpose wormer. It is a bigger size bottle but will last you years. I also use it to worm my dogs. When you get the valbazen, dose them orally 1/2cc for standards and 1/4cc for smaller birds. Redose them again in 10 days to kill larva hatched from eggs. There's a 24 day withdrawal from start to finish.

Thank you to everyone who helped! Sadly, she passed away sometime last night. I believe that it may have been something she had since I first got her because she is almost a year old and never laid an egg. Thanks again everyone!
