Undigested food in poop?

Sometimes one of my hens produces droppings with a lot of undigested food in it (mostly only tomato skins and vegetable fibers). Sometimes she does, sometimes she doesn't. They had worms a while back. Should I be worried?

That depends on how much treats your feeding your hens daily...Anything other than Chicken feed should be given at a 5% daily ratio...

The tomato skins are no surprise and I often see grass fibers in droppings.
Make sure your birds have access to good granite grit.
