Good point, I think that as soon as they hatch I will run down to a feed store and get some starter (there's one very close.)

I'd aim for enough starter for maybe 5, 6 weeks, by that point they should be able to manage pellets fine unless they're really massive.

Thanks, I'm feeding Kalmbach 20% and the pellets are really large. I'll keep and eye on them and stick with chick starter until they are pretty big - should be hatching at the end of the week.

Thanks, excellent info. I already have an animal crate like the one shown (maybe a bit larger) so that's a good start. I"ll work on getting some feeders and waterers ready just in case.
