Unexpected Rooster Problems (Is he too nice?)

Sometimes if there is another rooster around the cockerels behaviors can be slower to emerge.
I was informed by several breeders to introduce a rooster. I forget why every said to get another one, but at the time, it made sense.

Well, I suppose multiple roosters can increase their sense of competition and improve fertility rates....but it can also cause problems with fighting or over-dominance....where the submissive rooster doesn't mate at all.

This seems to be a toss up on if it is good or not. This is a really tough decision. For the most part, the only problems I see arising around them is when one is eating out of his feed dish and the other one wants the sunflower seeds from it. The little boy raises up his hackles and Leslie just kicks him over and goes on eating. The little guy looks scary, but Leslie has no fear of him. So far, is this a good relationship between them? Or something I need to keep my eyes on? This only happens when they are eating during dinner time and that is it. There could be no hens around and it still happens like this. And Leslie does not spur him, literally just pushes him away.
