One of my hens surprised me with babied and I noticed one out of 6 eggs has not hatched so I left it for a couple more days since mama kept going back. Since it didn't hatch I took it and put it in my incubator for a couple more days. Since nothing happened I turned the incubator off. I forgot it was in there sadly since things have been crazy well 3 days after it being off I went ahead and candled the egg and noticed growth. I don't see any veining but do you think hatching is still possible after a few days of no incubation? Or maybe worth finding out?

When you candled, did you see any movement?
My guess is that it was added to the hen's nest later than the rest, and was just behind in development. Even if it was alive when you moved it inside, being off for 3 days, it's likely quit, therefore the veins receded. But, you could turn the incubator back on and see what happens. Look for actual movement of the mass inside, after it gets up to temperature (a few hours)

Or get a candling pic, and we can probably tell

Here's a picture of it now. It looks like it's in the very beginning stage. No movement that I can see.
