Unhealthy poo or just to much water?

Hello BYC!

I'm not sure what caused this or if it means anything unhealthy but I saw poo I've never saw before. My girls haven't been acting up or has done any unusual behavior, and I've done research on types of chicken poo but they all say that runny poo means some type of digestion problem or worms and may even just be drinking to much water. :/ I'm not confident in my thoughts of it just being too much water that I needed to hear from people that know their stuff.

Any help would be appreciated

That looks ok. Chickens will have that occasionally. I think it's called a cecal dropping. Here is an article about different kinds of droppings:
