Unidentified Chick breed???

i have a 1 week old chick from puerto rico. over there there are tons of brown leghorns/welsummers running around ad some black mystery chickens. they are alllllllll bantams, not one standard sized fowl! so this chick's mother was a speckled sussex, the only one i've seen in the country. the mom had tons of chicks with her, some black, some yellow, just a ton. this chick is welsummer colored with the same stripes and wings, but is coming in with white feathers!?!?!?!?!
