unincorparated contra costa county california

Does anyone know what the local laws are in unincorporated parts of contra costa county are? I have looked it up but have found no information. I have a bantam rooster and 6 hens. Our neighbor down the street has a rooster and we live in a suburban area. I know Danville, CA has a rule against roosters but I was wondering if that applies to unincorporated areas as well. Thanks!

I didn't read the entire law, but looks like there would be no problem unless neighbors complain about a noise nuisance?
