Unknown affliction??

If it's in her mouth maybe you could some how. get the antibiotics better to have a hen than not

Would antibiotics work? I've been told that since wet pox is a virus, antibiotics don't do anything.
 
Good luck but fowl pox is a viral disease and "anti"-"Biotics" work on bacteria. That said an anti-biotic may prevent her from getting a opportunistic infection in her weakened condition. She will also likely shed the pox virus for as long as she lives so a "cure" will prove elusive.

The hen is healing up nicely, along with her female buddy, but now my rooster has it and is showing some pretty obvious breathing distress. Is there anything I can do to ease it, or do I just have to let it take it's course while trying to boost his immune system? I've been feeding them scrambled eggs with rooster booster pellets pretty much everyday, and they have fresh bedding and water, plus a constant source of heat.
