Gus Gus is my 5 month old Alpha Drake. Something got him while I was in the woods, he was up by the house. I just found him laying on his side. I quickly got him cleaned up. Both legs are broken. And his face is all messed up. I stopped all the bleeding. One spot looks like his bill it torn off from his face. I set the legs then placed four craft sticks wrapped with vet tape. On each one. Have him in a laundry basket in my son's room. He's not eating or drinking.

Oh, poor guy!

Maybe dog?

@casportpony can you post the links for broken bones?

Keep him in quiet, dark and warm... shock from trauma may keep him from eating for a couple days... if he doesn't start drinking within a day though, tubing may be needed to prevent dehydration...

Those pictures are very unclear, I think I see a beak completly gone and maybe the air hole, tongue and esophagus. If u can see those, I would put the chicken down immediately, its too damaged to fix and hes suffering. A top beak partially torn or broken sometimes can be fixed, but i dont think a bottom beak can be regrown....

It's a drake, not a chicken... and his bill is mostly intact...
