hmmm...I think he feels light...but then again he could be a blue cornish...not sure.

There are Barred Old English. Maybe that's what #1 is.

Can't be. It doesn't have a single comb. It looks barred to me too but I can't think of any barred non single comb bantams. That is if it's purebred :/

but if he is a barred something why is he sliver and not black and why does't he have a spot on his head?

every barred breeds I have ever seen are black with a white patch/spot on top of their heads.
