I got 4 SR banrams a few weeks ago, 3 at most. 3 are clearly silkies and this one I have no idea. It has stayed so small and isn't really feathering out, even though the silklies are about half feathered. Any guess as to what this little chick is?

Nope, clean legs, pink skin and no extra toes.

Sure! I have to let my phone charge for a minute

I was totally wrong, it does have feather legs! It's so teensy I hadn't noticed!!

I'm thinking Black Cochin. :) Super cute! :love

that would be awesome! I've never had a Cochin! It' so much smaller than the silkies, it has me a bit worried. It had a round of pasty butt, but has been clear for a week or 2.

Cochins are very good birds. :) The roosters I ended up with were overly aggressive, but my Christena, on the other hand, is precious. :D
Some chickies don't grow as quickly as others. Maybe try giving your baby a boost in protein, such as yogurt or even scrambled eggs if you add chick grit into their diet. :) Thank goodness the pasty butt has been taken care of! :wee
