Unknown chick?!

Hello everyone!
I have 17 chicks that are just under three weeks old that I ordered from Murray McMurray Hatchery. One of them was a free random chick, but the rest of them are all Delaware females. I was wondering if anyone could recognize the breed, and maybe even the gender of this unknown chick. If they are too young, then I will repost in a couple months.

P.S. I forgot to mention that this chick is very, very flighty; much more than all of the other chicks. It was difficult to take those pictures.

Might be a Phoenix. Looks like a cockerel.
