Unknown Gender/Breed

I got this little chicken back in december from a local store (i believe they buy from hoovers hatchery). Cannot figure out what the breed is! Also getting mixed on the gender. It was mixed in with a group of calico princess chicks and the lady said she had no idea what it was.

That is a pullet because of the plumage color, but I have no idea what she could be. An Easter Egger, perhaps? It all depends on which egg color she lays.

Looks like a spittin image of an easter egger that I have

Pullet. She looks like a Prairie Blue bell egger.

That's a pullet! I also think she is a Prairie Bluebell Egger because after doing some research Hoover's Hatchery's Easter Egger blood lines, all EE's have crests or hair on top of their head, no beards or muffs - with Prairie Bluebell Egger's they have beards and muffs but no crests.
Although some hatcheries Easter Egger's have muffs and beards. Depends on the hatchery and the genes running though their flock(s).

Definitely an Easter Egger. Silver Duckwing with a Melanizer, like Charcoal, & also maybe Patridge split.
