I was given a hen a couple of weeks ago. It was told she did not gat along with the flock. I introduced her to a couple of flocks. The first being all under 12 weeks old and she promptly tried to beat them. So, I brought up my hen with craw issues and put her in with my Reds. She tried immediately to beat them up, but Hoopla, the den mother set her strait. She has since found her place in the pecking order and started laying eggs along with my other hens. I would really love to figure out what she is. She prefers human interaction. She has silver lines funning through her feathers.
