Unknown illness . Lost one chicken and the 2nd on the way

Hi

The cause of death was almost certainly vent gleet. I done some research and all the symptoms are exactly what I witnessed with the hen before she died.

I have started adding some vinegar to the water to prevent any further vent gleet in my flock.
