I bought this incubator from an auction for 25 bucks but I know nothing about it.

Looks like an older still air incubator. Its not still air if it has a fan inside. What do you want to know?? I'm sure you can get it to work. Looks like it uses an incandescent light bulb. You still can purchase those. Give it a cleaning, and a test run.
Have you hatched eggs before? Does this come with an egg turner? (inside) You only posted one pix.
Many peeps make their own incubators from a $3 Styrofoam cooler, and successfully hatch eggs.
