Unstable young rooster.

Hello everyone. I have a young rooster that is 12 weeks old and for a while now he has trouble with balance. He is unsteady on his feet and falls over and has a hard time getting up. I don't see any mites, he eats and drinks normally and I have been giving vitamin in his water for a while. He doesn't seem hurt or sick. Any ideas what could be wrong with him?

What breed is he?
My young cochin rooster is extremely clumsy also

He is a golden laced Wyandotte.
