Thank you all for your input. I had my suspicions and would not buy from this woman again! A bit disappointed I wont get colored eggs, but Oh well.

Get back to her. It may have been a mistake. I just bought silkies from a lady and one of them is definately not a silkie. I let her know and she was like, "I'm sorry I removed the Polish Tolbunt weeks ago but apparantly not early enough, I'll give you another silkie to replace that one".. Honest mistakes happen. This woman may have been letting chickens run together when she wasn't breeding them to sell or may have been breeding to create her own breed and just didn't seperate in time. Chickens will keep sperm in their ovuduct for quiet a while!
