Unsure of breed and sex

I brought theses so called hens about 2 months ago by someone with apparently 20 years of experience in selling to newbies obviously
I’m really not sure on the breed of them I’ve googled but still unsure thinking the black white rainbow one is a polish?
But I’m really not sure if any of them are girls they are around the 6 month age

Mixed breeds, black and white is a cockerel and other two pullets

First two are pullets, and the third bird is a cockerel - all appear to be cross bred birds.

Mixes. Black/white is male, and likely a polish mix.

The first two are pullets and the last one is a cockerel!
