Unsure of breed- maybe Booted Bantam??

What breed do you think the one on the left might be? Also, gender? At first I thought maybe it was a Cochin (which would have been great) but it has vulture hocks. Ideas on the other one are welcome too, but especially the grey one. I got these from Big R in the assorted bantams, picked out only feather footed ones hoping to get Bantam Cochins... Probably would have been cheaper and more reliable to just buy bantam Cochins of a known color and type

He is certainly built more like a Cochin. The vulture hocks could just be a flaw in a hatchery bird. Don't know exact age but looks like a cockerel.

The other one is most likely a Light Brahma, don't know the sex.

Several of them had vulture hocks which then resolved and they now look like Cochins. Is this possible? Can Cochins go through a phase of having what look like vulture hocks or am I out of my gourd?

I believe that they can indeed grow out of those.
