Unsure?

I had been watching a wild turkey hen sitting on 8 eggs, a predator destroyed the nest, the chicks looked full term. I rescued one that had been moved from the nest, but appears fine. I incubated it, and candled it I see no blood line, however no movement either. Is there any way to check if the chick is still alive??

Thank-You , I floated the egg no movement but bobbed in the water, I will wait a few days, and pray for the little warm egg to hatch into a beautiful bird!

Maybe you should take this as an omen, that you should get yourself some turkeys to raise. I've heard people say they can be as friendly as dogs.
