Welcome. I agree with @Kiki thtb it doesn't look like a lash egg, but it most likely is one. Time is very important for the long-term survival of the hen...get her on amoxicillin as quickly as possible.

I would cut that open, wearing gloves, and show us a picture for the definitive answer. If it's lash, it's an infection, so be careful.
