Now that you've let it be known that you like chicken decorator items you can expect a flood of them the next time chickens come around in the 'kitsch' cycle.

Over the years I've been given chicken floor mats, wall hangings, clocks, plates to hang on the walls, curtains, knick knacks, table cloths, a hat, drawings, paintings, and more stuff that does not come to mind right now. I have no idea where they find all of this stuff it just shows up.

There's a farm supply in town that has six foot tall cast concrete roosters. I'm half expecting the family to pool their money to buy one...

Lol happened to me a few years back when angels were big. I made an off-hand "oh that's cute" at a figurine when out shopping with my mother (was trying to distract her from being uh... nosey), for the next 5 years every family member sent me angel... stuff.

Few years back I met a gal thru the women's shelter i volenteer at, who said they'd like to give the ladies something special for thier new apartments... I brought in cases of angel windchimes, statues, ornaments, stained glass window thingies..​

lol Well there are alot worse decor choices i could have made. Since i work in construction i have seen more than my share of scratching my head while saying " what in the world were they thinking "
BTW the rooster topped casserole dish i already owned hehe works great too
