Final update: She didn't make it. She seemed like she was doing okay. She was eating and had better energy than what she had been showing but as you all and myself assumed it was probably organ failure. I got home from work last night to find that she was gone.
I'm glad she's not suffering anymore at least but it still sucks.
Thank you all again for your advice and encouragement. It's helped a lot to know there are knowledge people out there helping and willing to take this on with me.
