It. Piped and started zipping ?...Is that what's going on?....It possibly died or you could gently tap,out the shell from the pip/zip hole counter clock wise and gently peal back a bit of the white membrane..If its alive it will peep...Do not chip off the entire shell...Just a line.......

Yep, that's exactly what's happening. There's still more progress but when I get home from work I'll check on the egg. He's got a long line across the she'll like an almost perfect example of unzipping and he's rolled around a lot but not coming out or any sound. Hopefully he just needs assistance and hasn't died, he's currently the only egg that appears to have made it this far.
It needs out ASAP.....
