UPA BOD Nomination Rules not Followed.

I read it but it really doesn't say what rules are being broken and by who.

I was thinking the same thing when I read it last night, thought maybe I was missing something.

I did say that the UPA President was one of them, And his guide lines were that every nomination was to be sent to two (2) people himself and the Vice President, 3 or 4 of these were sent in at the last minute and only to the President so they were submitted wrong and not by the rules and guide lines the rest of the applicants had to follow, so they should have been thrown out and not counted. but he did not remove them because I was told that he was one of them......... This has been a long time battle with some of the UPA BOD and instead of getting better it just gets worst every year.

just curious as I'm not yet a member of the UPA, why are nominations even going to the Pres and VP? shouldn't there be a committee of sorts that accepts all the nominations? Seems like a conflict of interest no matter how you slice it.
