I downsized the farm and upsized the amount of chickens I will be keeping, since the large animals are now gone to new homes I decided to increase the size of my flock and get some breeds of chickens I have admired. Since I would be needing a coop to handle the extra chickens I looked at different sheds saw the cost and decided to revamp a lean to I had for my goats and sheep. Here is what it evolved into. The nesting boxes are great heavy duty plastic that is super easy to clean, a bit of a cost to start but time saving in the long run as they easily remove from the wall and can be easily cleaned

Nice structure!

Might need to add a 2x4 across the nest perches,
some folks have had trouble with the skinny perch,
pretty easy to do with a couple conduit clamps.

What is your climate location?
