I'm hatching 6 on Feb 11, then I have 10 barred rock eggs arriving next week!! I think I've gone crazy....

I really had a hard time seeing anything when I candled. My husband and I ahd to make three different candling prototypes before we were able to see a thing.

ok i found out how to post pics lol so my electric wasn't hit by the power outage so my eggs are fine and i really dont want to candle 103 chicken eggs lol do i have to really ?? or is it just to see if the egg is any good? is it bad to have unfertile eggs in the incubator?

Sadly, I had what appeared to be a blood ring epidemic, so now I only have 2 still in the bator.

Oh well. I got sad and ordered a bunch of chicks from Ideal. Once your in the incubator process, no matter what happens, you can't come away empty-handed.

Woohoo! Just the last few days!

I have eggs due on the 7th too. I started out with 35 but 7 candled clear...

Still, there are a lot of eggs in the bator!

Hoping everyone hatching out this week has a good hatch!
