*Update*4wk BR chick still sick & just expeled water from mouth

Today I decided to up the dropper feedings because she always seems better after. I'm hoping by doing this she'll get stronger and have enough energy to recover. I noticed this morning she was more alert and her poo was more normal. I also noticed that she had eaten since last night, but not sure if she drank any. She drank a full dropper of the mix I made, so I'm really starting to think she is just not drinking on her own. Anyone else think this is possible? Wondering if I should try a nipple-type waterer. Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thanks.

don't know if this will work, but here is a photo of Duck and that is how she has looked since this began.

Day 10 and still pretty much the same, but I just saw her expel water from her mouth. I just gave her a dropper feeding about an hour ago and I'm wondering if she ate too much and got sick from it (I just moved her box a bit and she was jiggled a bit and that's when she did it). Would that have caused that?
At this point, I feel like she is slowly wasting away. I don't know if it was overeating or just the next step in her illness. Everything I've tried for her isn't making a difference. She isn't growing and weighs next to nothing. I think she is only eating and drinking with my help now. I'm trying to make her as comfortable as I can, but I feel so useless since I can't help her get better.

From what I have been reading and the pictures I have been seeing - she looks like she has cocci; pale comb, huddled w/ lifted feathers, lethargic... I am by no means an expert as this is my first time w/ chickens, but that's what it looks like. And yeah, I just read they can have cocci without having blood in their poo. Does she still look like that?

Yes, she does. We are going to try to treat for cocci tomorrow. It was something we had possibly suspected, but were unsure of because there wasn't any blood in her poo. My DH decided earlier tonight that she had to have cocci despite that. So tomorrow we will treat for it. My concern, if it is cocci, is over the length of time she has been like this. How long can a chick last without treatment? What side effects, if any, will result from not treating sooner?
