Loving the success of my first incubation experience. First one had to major assist. Took 72 hours to get good at walking, but it did awesome. Over the next 4 days, I had 3 more hatch. 2 without any help, one with just a little. 4 more in lockdown!

Could not have done it without this forum!!!

These are the "parents" Sold to me as Americana and Red sexlink. Have been told since the that the rooster and black hen are EE and the other is production red. I am not educated enough in breeds to know he difference!!

The yellow chicks are from the red hen.

Your rooster is beautiful. I love Easter Eggers. They're often sold as Americanas, but just as beautiful in my humble opinion. Lovely hens too!

Thank so much! I didn't want a rooster, but he is so good with the hens. I really home I get pullets out of the bunch. I just with I could tell early on!
