I think I would tempt them with a special treat to get them to eat and drink a bit. 2 days is a long time to go without food and water. Some folks have suggested sugar water - hopefully someone with more experience will reply.

I agree about encouraging them to eat and drink- try using a dropper to drip sugar water onto their beaks, hopefully it will perk them up a bit- plus they likely are dehydrated. I hope they pull through!
