Update - foamy poop? Lil guy seems unwell

Uhoh. Forgot to post this earlier... He was pretty happy to be out free ranging with his buddies this afternoon, and I was starting to think maybe it was a leg issue, since he was just taking breaks every once in a while, but still foraging happily... But then he dropped this:
Too foamy to be fecal, isn't it?

Or maybe, maybe he's just been sneaking too much protein?!

I have seen foamy cecal poops before like that. Can you get your vet to run a fecal float on some to look for worms and coccidiosis? Or if not, you could go ahead and worm him with Valbazen or SafeGuard if you think that could be a problem. Corid is a treatment for coccidiosis.

I woke up this morning feeling a little more optimistic - since the rest of his poops looked normal. Nobody local does fecal floats that I know of... I can ask my friend to bring a sample to her farm vet an hour away if I get desperate.
I do have access to amprol if needed 🤔
He's back up on his preferred levels today, but still with a droopy tail.

Sounds exactly like mine. She's been off and on for about 3 weeks now. I brought her inside, but she escaped from a tote, so I put her back outside since she seemed fine. She does bad for a day or two and then she does fine for 3-4 days... Keep us updated and hopefully, we can figure it all out.
