He was pretty happy to be out free ranging with his buddies this afternoon, and I was starting to think maybe it was a leg issue, since he was just taking breaks every once in a while, but still foraging happily... But then he dropped this:

I woke up this morning feeling a little more optimistic - since the rest of his poops looked normal. Nobody local does fecal floats that I know of... I can ask my friend to bring a sample to her farm vet an hour away if I get desperate.I have seen foamy cecal poops before like that. Can you get your vet to run a fecal float on some to look for worms and coccidiosis? Or if not, you could go ahead and worm him with Valbazen or SafeGuard if you think that could be a problem. Corid is a treatment for coccidiosis.
