Like somebody above said, I think if you are able to incubate the eggs yourself then do that. If you can't then just take them away.

Take them out for under her and put them in the garbage to go to the landfill. They will die in the shell.I don’t know how to destroy eggs. Especially with embryos or nearly formed chicks
