Update! It’s been a year since joining the BYC family.

Hello everyone!

It’s been a year since joining this amazing family. In my introduction post back then I mentioned recently moving to Puerto Rico and let me tell you… It really has been an adventure! Since then, I have more chickens, ducks, geese and guineas that I care to admit. Haha. However, one thing is for sure, they fill my life with joy and peace (Maybe not the geese)Haha. Also, I finished school and I am an Epidemiologist now! All my animals feel very proud. Haha. On another note, every now and then I do miss the states. Deep down, I know at one point I might be back, but in the meantime I’m enjoying my life in the Caribbean. Just wanted to vent a little, and invite you to celebrate my one year anniversary with BYC. Thank you all for all your help along the way! For many years to come! Cheers.

P.S. I’ve included a pic of my house here in PR taken during the 4th of July celebrations, a few pics of the views and the many eggs my chickens bless me with everyday.

Hello! Thank you so much. Ohhh yes I did. Haha. However, not one or two, but FOUR. They were driving me crazy. I sold them to a local guy who is still kind enough to update me on how they are doing. Now I only have a beautiful couple. I’ll attach a pic! Hopefully, there will be babies next year.
