Update more pics on pg 5**Pictures of our "farm" & animals

I bet you wake up and say a prayer of thanks every day. Your home is beautiful.
There must be some real work involved in keeping things so beautiful and orderly. That doesnt just happen on its own. Kudos to you.

Wow you have a beautiful home!

I don't know which would be worse - your African heat or all of our rain. I know what you mean about seeing things that need done. I look at my house and say this needs done and that and that but when people are here for the 1st time they say how they love the house and land and how beautiful it all is. We just look at things with different eyes.

Your home IS beautiful though and the chickens in the front yard are perfect!

I'll second that Africa-hot bit, but today, WOW! Rain, for the first time in just forever..... and everything has sprung up.

You have a beautiful place there, I shall forever hold you up as my guru in how tidy a beautiful property ought to look - I know our place is amazing and I ALSO know that I don't keep it the way I should. You must work your butt off! Credit to you.

Thanks ya'll for your kind words, and yes we do work a good bit around the house and yard. I've got a great husband who is by the way a General Contractor. He took off a full year from taking other jobs to build our house. He also drew the plans. I grew up in a family that didn't sleep late, even if you stayed up late you were up at 6:00 on Saturday and out on the property maintaining it. Now that I'm a mother I get it and I really never minded it as a child. Needless to say we are up early in our family and working inside and out on Saturday. Some of my children's friends sleep late, really late like 1:30 or 2:00 PM, and I hear my children when they call thier friends house and are told they are still asleep in the afternoon, my kids think it's a BIG waist of time.
