Update Now day 9 Here we go-Keep fingers crossed! PLEASE

I candled 2 of my 15 eggs and both had a tiny dark spot in them. That is a good sign, after they were in the mail for 5 days of cold weather. I will candle all of them on day 7.

Today is day 9 and out of 16 eggs I have 6 fertile!! Who else is on day 9 or around it??

I was tickled because they were in the mail for 5 cold days...I do have one of my bantum barred rock eggs in there too

My motto is somethings better than nothing. I have four of mine showing some development. 2 look really iffy and 2 look good. I thought none would develop after what they had been threw. Just shows how good they were packed.

i am on day one with 2nd hatch. they will hatch around Christmas. They are delawares and silkies from Poison Ivy. I will candle next week and see what i have i can not wait.
