Update on 105 temp

Hi all. I posted a week or so ago about my handmade incubator getting to 105 for around 5 hours. The survivors should start hatching next week. I've candled them several times and most are showing growth. A few, not so much. I pray that the one's that make it will be healthy. I'll update later next week.

That's great news! I had my doubts about whether any would survive that, but I'm glad you've got some hanging in there! It sounds like you'll still have a great hatch!

Well, 6 out of 12 hatched. Hopefully they will make it. I'll keep updating.

We are please to say we have 5 hens and one rooster. Lol. How about that. I'm as happy as kid on Christmas morning. I hate the other six didn't make it though. But glad it wasn't a total loss. Well, I should share a picture. I'll try to in a few days.
