Update on Kids who's Mom died on Monday

well the kids seem to be adjusting i got in touch with some local farmers who have goats and one gave me some milk (goat) and a pichard teat and last night i got a good 4-5 oz of Milk into both of them whew. I do have one question i thought you all might be able to answer on some of the testing the vet did on my Doe she found cocci SP? so i am wondering if i should just go ahead and treat the boys with sulfer meds any help would be great.
