Our babies are growing fast. My coop has been transformed from broodery to home. The entire gang (girls and boys) survived my first attempt at raising a flock and they seem to be very happy. They seem away from me most times I guess thats from my grandaughter chasing them around all the time to hold them. But one perticular hen we named Moonlight has taken to me like a puppy. She will jump on my lap as soon as she sees me. I put in the first set of nesting boxes today. I am going to put 4 more in next to them. As you can see in the photos they have no problem getting out of the run now lol.

Very easy to maintain. I cleaned the entire coop today in about 15 mins. Their roost has hinges on the floor and I just flip it over out of the way to scrape and sweep the floor.
