Update on my hen with the lump

So i took took her to the vet.. she has a tumor. The problem is she’ll probably die no matter what because I don’t have the money to get her tested or the surgery. If by ANY chance anyone knows anyone that could help in Massachusetts.. I will be forever grateful. Shes not even a year old yet and i feel like shes been fighting it and isn’t ready to go. I know this is a long shot but anything that can help..
