Update on poorly chicken

I’m very sorry to post a question on YOUR thread but I was wondering since we are on the topic if I can keep my rooster’s son with the flock or will they fight. I have 13 hens and a lot of roosting/coop space.

I have 2 hens & 2 cockerels. I dont want to have any baby chickens & don't want my hens hurt by anyone cus their my babies. One cockerel doesnt really want to fight that much & is jumping up onto my 6 foot high fence. I would keep both if they got on & dont start crowing cus I have a small garden & the neighbours will go mad.
if you don't want babies and the neighbors would be up in arms over being woken up early or hearing them crow at all hours of the day, I'd rehome the roosters or have Sunday Chicken supper if you are up to that, no roosters needed for eggs :) , I was gifted a roo and two hens from a friend, the girls I already had it is their first and only boyfriend. They were over a year old when he came to the coop. I'm blessed to live in a agricultural / residential area without neighbors living on top of me and we have emu's on one side and chickens with a rooster on the other street behind us.

You can certainly try, nobody can tell you for sure if they'll get along or not it all depends on the boys themselves. Normally though fathers and sons are pretty o.k with each other.:)

if I lived in a rural area then I would possibly keep them but Im a town house with a small garden & very close to neighbours. I couldn't eat them, so will try & find a sanctuary where they can both go together.
