As you know I have 2 pullets named Ratatouille and Ratty Patty, Ratatouille has the best squats and I just checked her pelvic bone it fits 3 FINGERS!! and Ratty Patty squats but not as defined as ratatouille, Ratty Patty's pelvic bone is 2 fingers, but still no eggs !! They are 21 weeks old, and they have been eating Dumor layer pellets since 17 weeks old ( TSC was out of Purina so I had to buy Dumor) I just put some oyster shells outside for them and they are staring at it for some reason lol.

This was an update for this thread: Eggs?!

21 weeks is still a tad young, if it's winter were you live, there's also shorter daylight that affects laying. They'll lay when they're ready.
I live in Florida and the days are shorter and technically it is winter but the coldest it has gotten is 50 degrees and at night sometimes its 40, and whatever time they wake up so about 6 AM they are able to see the sun in their run until I wake up and open the run door

Squatting means they're close. Probably a week or two. 21 weeks isn't late at all, in fact they're pretty young still. Some of mine are 9 months old and not laying yet!
Yay, I can't wait till I get some eggs, my family has been saying "those chickens will lay you eggs once your brother finishes college" because I had a meat hen and she didn't lay us eggs until she turned 1 year old, and they don't believe me that they'll lay soon. but my girls WILL prove them wrong!!
