Update on the deal I made

Neighbors are awesome.... I took front end loader trips down filled with the overflow from the garden this year for the neighbor's hogs and chickens.... then a week ago I got a notion I wanted to buy a couple of their buff orp hens - to go with my beautiful white orp roo

I offered to pay but they said no. No? No... just go in the coop and pick the two ya want. Sweet! I love my neighbors!

I love your response MissPrissy! Great neighbors make great fences. I went down and discussed with him the need to put in a gate to my garden and he said to mark it and he will be down and put one in. Now I just need to work on a deal to fence the rest of my garden and my chicken yard before it snows....
