Alright, we have four silkies in the bator, one looks a little unsteady but standing etc., then I have one I left in the bator because he couldn't get up. He is still struggling to try to get up. Any suggestions. He seems determined to do so. Should I just leave him in the bator for a while longer? He hatched last night about 10PM? Again, I will be waiting for 20 to hatch on the 25th. Cross your fingers and say a prayer that I get a good hatch out of them. This is only the second time that I've tried hatching silkies that lived. So I had seven from the first batch, they are outside already and little furballs. Then this batch that just hatched, and of course my "close to" two dozen that will hatch at the end of the week. YOu could try to give him a little sugar water and see if that does the trick. Sometimes it takes them a little bit to get going. JEN
