Glad to know your measurements are off, if that's 1/2" HC you've got about 15" of anti-dig coverage....which is much better than 6".
Good job!

You still may need more coop space for 6 birds.

Lol math was never my strength! It is 1/2 inch HC, 36" wide. We cut it in half and put half up the sides and half on the ground attaching them. I also put rocks all around the bottom of the Kennel before covering the HC with dirt.
The great thing about this kennel is when I get more funds I can add panels to make it bigger.

That is for sure! The BYC flock has helped me so many times from chicken illness to now coop and run advice, don't know what I wd do with out them!
