Not at all!!! Even with my horrible aversion to cold, I find snow irresistable! When I lived in Alaska and had PLENTY of snow, I still could never get enough of it.

Great pix! Hubby was born in Everett and grew up in Renton. He was amazed by the amount of snow in your pictures.

We were due to fly into Seattle on Wednesday but canceled due to a family illness. Of course, it cost us $400 to cancel our tickets when we could have just waited for Alaska Airlines to cancel them for us!

Too bad! That snow looks like loads of fun!

silkie - how come you moved down to oregon?

LOVE your snow pics - we are having soooooooo much fun, toooooooooo!!!!!!!! i WAS thinking our snowman was rockin' - but i must admit, your snow village puts our snowman to shame. i think he might be on his way up to your house right now.

The drive back was nerve wracking but alas safe at home!

I'm in oregon b/c of graduate school. Attending Oregon State University's Molecular and Cellular Biology program.

I'm planning on adding to the creations tomorrow... if I can move that is. LOL

i definitely think the camp needs a camp dog and maybe a chicken... i wanted to build our snowman standing on his head (head at the bottom, sticks going to the ground from the middle section, sticks for legs up in the air, etc.), but my 15yr old pronounced that "stupid" and then, of course, so did my 6yr old. that was the end of that.
