These were found last friday....so born probably thurs or fri. of last week. I knew that morning that she had them...I went to work and told my husband to find them with his daughter if she came over but she did not come over he found them by him self.

The black one is a bob tail so is momma. Mommas name is Josie. She was so fat....I thought she had like 5 babies. She is semi wild she had them in a van we have out here with the engine cover off so she could get inside and she had them on some insulation in there.

I put them inside in a crate with that blanket that was clean she got it that hairy in 6 days. There are in one room building we have empty right now.

I think a couple more pregnant cats out here too one is our daughters which she is taking home to have the kittens. Also Josies first baby I think is pregnant also. That cat we call squirt and she is totally wild....I am gonna trap her to have the babies and take her to the shelter I guess....I don't want a bunch of wild kittens here. I am gonna trap this black cat we hardly ever see the male I believe and he can go to the shelter too.

Josie nor Squirt or the male cat.....there use to be another huge at I think a girl also but has been gone for awhile now....none of them were ours they were here when we bought this place a couple years ago....Josie is now ours she is tame enough to keep as an outdoor cat.

This momma is squirt the first cats baby from a couple years ago and she is completely wild....we could not touch her before last night and we lived here for two years now she is still scared to death in this pic cause I am in there with her....I have in our house in my closet....will be a long 6-8 weeks. Maybe she will be an indoor kitty now....she will be defiently fixed before going out again. We found these kitties yesterday but I knew she had them too the next morning so probably a couple days old yesterday. We never knew she was a girl or boy since we could not touch her but we always thought so and we knew once she was getting a big tummy.

First litter now almost 6 weeks old. They are too cute. I will be finding them new homes this weekend. The black one is a bob tail and already spoken for.

I just thought of something tonight that all calicos are 99% of the time always girls. I should have known.

I love the bobtails! They are such smart cats. Mine play fetch and act a lot like dogs. Good mousers too. Bobtails are a naturally occuring breed in the wild. A group of cat fanciers got together and worked on getting them recognized and registered with TICA or whatever that car registration is as American Bobtails. They sell registered ones for $400 and up.

Squirt does not look happy at all, looks like she is going to attack. I wouldn't be able to sleep with her in the room. I would be worried about my feet.

She is in my bedroom closet. It has a door on it and closed at all times my little indoor wiener girl dog would eat the kitties unfortunately I also have something in front of the closet door so if open she can't get in there still but when I go in there she crouches down and lays in the little basket with the kitties I can pet her on the head under the chin but not willingly so much but she lets me....I petted her whole body yesterday and night before and she is jumpy....but she finally ate yesterday and I took here out of the basket and put food down today for here and petted here she is purring when I went in last night and today but she just jumped back in with the babies when I took her out....both mommas are bobtails and each had one bob tail baby. I think she is coming around a bit but still really scared of noises and sudden movements scare her still and me going in a big tall person is scary I guess I am not that tall though but I look it to her.

I will get some pics of the other three that were first born.

Where at in Washington are you?

Cats taken to my local shelter in Olympia that are wild are put down as they don't consider them adoptable.

You should spend as much time with the kittens as possible, so they don't grow up wild and then adopt out with spay/neuter contract.

They sure are cute but aren't they all.

Thank you, oh I am that is why they are in here and we found them. I am in eastern washington but my cousin runs the shelter here she won't do that this cat does not seem aggressive just scared to death but I am gonna try to find the kittens homes first if that does not work take to the shelter and there is a program here that gives you a certificate for spay and neuter and I think I will get them each one if possible. You pay only $10 with it. I think one per home though? Thats the good thing about shelters they have to be sprayed or neutered.

DD cat lily just had 2 last night that is the last I heard she had not had anymore for 2 hours she is first year momma and kinda small not a bob tail though.

I think the orange tabby is a male yeah I am sorry so far away but I will start to advertise them the first three soon.
